Rea Nolan Martin

Biography

In her first life, Rea Nolan Martin spent twenty-years as a writer, creative director, and creative consultant to advertising and PR agencies in New York and Chicago. This illustrious career paved the way for her ensuing life of fiction. She completed her Master of Arts in Writing (MAW) degree at Manhattanville College, where she continued as an adjunct professor and faculty advisor until 2003. During her tenure, she transformed the school's literary magazine into a professional publication that is now among the top literary journals in the country. Rea is also a member of the advisory board of the prestigious Dowd-O'Gorman Writing Center.
